Welcome to Linda-Jean Women’s Motorcycle Fashion LTD. Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using the www.ljmotofashion.com website (the “Service”) operated by Linda-Jean Women’s Motorcycle Fashion LTD (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

1. Introduction

• These Terms govern your use of our website and the purchase of goods from our e-shop.
• By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

• These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
• Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

4. Abuse of the Site

• Users are prohibited from engaging in abusive activities on the site, including but not limited to spamming, hacking, or any form of fraudulent behavior.
• Any account found to be engaging in abusive activities may be terminated without notice, and any pending orders may be canceled at our discretion.

5. Warranties

• Our products come with a standard EU and UK warranty, guaranteeing they are free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two years from the date of purchase.
• This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

6. Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Linda-Jean Women’s Motorcycle Fashion LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service or the purchase of goods from our e-shop.
• Our liability for any claim arising from the purchase of goods from our e-shop shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the goods.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content on the website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Linda-Jean Women’s Motorcycle Fashion LTD or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.
• Users are granted a limited license to access and use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
• Any misuse of our intellectual property, including unauthorized copying, distribution, or modification, is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

8. Products

• We sell motorcycle fashion accessories and clothing specifically designed for women, including protective clothing.
• All products labelled as protective clothing comply with CE Standards and UKCA requirements.

9. Orders and Purchases

• Orders can be placed by selecting the desired product, size, and colour on our e-shop.
• Both customer accounts and guest checkouts are allowed for placing orders.
• By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

10. Pricing and Payment

• Prices displayed on our e-shop are inclusive VAT taxes.
• Customs fees, import duties or taxes incurred for international deliveries are the sole responsibility of the recipient. If you require further information about your country’s taxes / duties, please contact your local customs or other relevant authorities directly.
• We accept the following payment methods: PayPal, Credit & Debit Card, Bank Transfer. For selected countries, we also offer the interest-free PayPal Pay Later option.
• Payment must be made at the time of order.

11. Shipping and Delivery

• We offer national and international tracked shipping through Royal Mail from our warehouse in the UK.
• We ship internationally to Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Germany, Austria, Italy, France, and Belgium.
• Once an order has been processed by our warehouse center, shipping is estimated as:
  National: 48 hours
  International: 3-4 working days
• Delivery timeframes do not include holidays, delays experienced with customs clearance at the border or local carriers so please bear this in mind when placing your order.
• Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are set by Royal Mail and may vary.

12. Providing Correct Shipping Information

• It is the customers responsibility to provide correct shipping details. We are not responsible for failed deliveries because of address errors.
• Examples of this are: forgetting a house number, misspelling, putting information in the wrong box such as writing the street name in the ‘city’ box, etc.
• Orders that will have to be sent a second time because of these errors, the extra shipping cost will be paid by the customer.

13. Return, exchange and refund policy

Returns

• We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

• If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
• Please note that if your country of residence is not United Kingdom, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

• Custom-made items and perishable goods cannot be returned.

Damages and Issues

• Please inspect your order upon receipt.
• If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item contact us (customer.care@ljmotofashion.com) with photographic evidence within 3 days of receiving your order, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
• Important: Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
• Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

• The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
• European Union 3 day cooling off period
• Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

• We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded the entire product value* on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. *Please note that returns shipping costs are non-refundable.
